  Nope! You can rent from NEF Estates without a Premium SL membership.
• How do I pay rent?
  Rent is paid in Linden Dollars (L$) directly in-world at our rental kiosks.
• Can I sublet or resell the land I rent?
  No, subletting or reselling is not permitted.
• What happens if I miss a rent payment?
  If your rent is overdue, a grace period may apply, but failure to pay will result in the reclaiming of the parcel.
